13 i 27 października oraz 3 listopada godz. 17:0

Zamojska Akademia Kultury, ul.

i innymi, odzyskać radość życia, zredukować stres, obniżyć poziom kortyzolu, podwyższyć poziom dopaminy i w rezultacie – odnaleźć harmonię.

Sessions led by Bożena Tarka, one of 13 certified Biodanza instructors in Poland

Biodanza, the dance of life, is a system of body work created by Professor Rolando Toro Araneda, a Chilean psychologist, anthropologist and artist. In 2001 he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his work on Biodanza and Biocentric Education and its impact on people.

Biodanza is grounded in a methodology and a theoretical model, and it works through „vivencias”: intense experiences evoked by movement, gesture, music and group interaction. The method is suitable for people of all ages and all levels of physical fitness. It is meant for anyone who wants to deepen their connection with themselves and others, rediscover the joy of life, reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, raise dopamine levels and, ultimately, find harmony.

Biodanza was created in Chile in the 1960s. It then developed in Brazil for a decade and reached Europe in the 1980s. It has been practised in Poland since 2016. Training in the method takes more than three years, and instructors qualify after defending a thesis and passing an exam with the International Biodanza Federation.

The sessions will be led by facilitator Bożena Tarka, one of only 13 certified instructors in Poland.
