In November, the screen will feature BAŁTYK – the daring documentary debut of Iga Lis. The screening will take place on November 13, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the cinema hall of the Zamość Academy of Culture, 2nd floor, entrance from Akademicka 8 and Pereca Street (elevator available).
“Bałtyk” is a story about strength, passion, and a delicate moment of suspension – somewhere between what has been and what may yet come. In the background: the unique seaside folklore and holidays that taste like freshly smoked fish – simple, strong, and real. The whole is seasoned with a pinch of sharp humor, characteristic of the heroine. Miecia lives the fullness of Baltic life, guided by her own philosophy developed over the years – because, as she repeats: “I won’t live my whole life!”
